I “know” Kat through instagram, and hugely admire her sporting achievements. I found myself stiff and sore from from ramping up my training, and booked with her feeling that an athlete like her will know her onions. She sure does! She homed-in on my hamstrings etc and I walked out there much better than I walked in. Thanks again Kat, will deffo be back
