I had an hour sports massage by Kat yesterday and it was superb. She did an excellent job and my body felt incredible the next day .
She really knows her stuff and what she is doing and she is also very friendly and chatty which makes the experience better too!

Would highly recommend! You won’t find better in the area ☺️

This was my first proper sports massage, and kat was great. The massage was very effective and released a lot of tension I'd built up in my legs. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for sure.

40 min session with Kat following a torn calf. Kat picked up on and worked so many tights spots in my legs too. I feel like I have a lot more movement after one session.
